Bruno Rebelo (Portugal) is a consultant and technical advisor for International Federations and Sports Institutions. With an extensive background that spans over forty years in martial sports both as an athlete and administrator, stands as Technical Director of the Portuguese Federation of Lohan Tao Kempo, and is President of ICKF.

Bruno Rebelo was instrumental in the unification process of kempo/kenpo and is one of the founding members of the International Kempo Federation, leading also Para-Kempo and Education Programs on Ethics, Fair Play, Clean Game, Gender Equality, Violence in Sports and Sport For All.

Bruno Rebelo was a teacher in government and private schools and studied Sociology, Sports and management.
