Carlos W. Wollman (Argentina) is an international sports administrator and martial arts professional with extensive involvement in Kempo development and sport organization. He has contributed to the promotion and coordination of Kempo in South America and internationally through his leadership roles.

He serves as Director for South-America of the International Kempo Federation (IKF), where he supports regional representation, institutional coordination, and the implementation of federative development initiatives. In this capacity, he works to strengthen communication and cooperation between IKF and its members in the South American region.

Carlos Wollman has been involved in martial arts instruction, athlete development, and competitive preparation.

Through his activities within IKF and his national association, he contributes to the promotion of structured sport programs, ethical conduct, and sustainable growth in Kempo.
