
Ruslan Akumov is an international sports administrator and martial arts professional actively involved in the development and coordination of Kempo in the Eastern European region and at international level.
With experience in sport governance and organizational leadership, he has contributed to the structured development and promotion of Kempo across national and regional sport communities.
He currently serves as Director of the East Europe Committee of the International Kempo Federation (IKF), where he supports regional engagement, coordination with national federations, and the implementation of IKF development initiatives. In this role, he contributes to the strengthening of cooperation between IKF and its East European members, promoting participation, education, and sport values.
Through his activities within the IKF framework, Ruslan Akumov supports the promotion of ethical standards, organizational development, and sustainable sport growth, contributing to the long-term representation and visibility of Kempo internationally.
