
Alina Pascu (Romania) is a sports administrator, athlete representative, and sports professional with extensive experience in Kempo and sport development. She is a graduate of the National University of Physical Education and Sport (UNEFS) and holds two Master’s degrees, combining high-performance sport experience with advanced academic training.
She has an extensive competitive background in Kempo as a multiple European and World Champion, representing Romania at international level and contributing to the country’s competitive presence in major championships. In parallel with her athletic career, she has been actively involved in sports administration and institutional development.
Alina Pascu currently serves as Director of the IKF Women in Sport Committee, contributing to governance processes, gender equality initiatives, and athlete representation within the federation.
Through her professional activity, she supports education, ethical values, and inclusive sport development, contributing to sustainable and values-based sport structures at international level.
