
Eric La Rocca (France) is an international sports administrator, entrepreneur, and martial sports official with extensive experience in Kempo and sports governance. With a professional background spanning several decades as both a practitioner and sports administrator, he has contributed to the technical development, education systems, and organizational structures of Kempo at international level.
He has been a member of the International Kempo Federation (IKF) since 2003 and currently serves as Secretary General of the IKF. In this role, he supports institutional coordination, officiating standards, competition structures, and international cooperation within the federation. He also acts as an Official IKF Representative, contributing to communication and coordination between the federation and its international stakeholders.
Eric La Rocca has played a significant role in the organization and coordination of Kempo within French-speaking regions, including initiatives aimed at unifying structures and promoting cooperation among affiliated organizations. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in the organization of international and world-level events, as well as in officiating and governance activities.
