
Hicham Ouhalima (Algeria) is an international sports administrator and martial arts professional with extensive involvement in the development and promotion of Kempo within Africa and at international level. With a long-standing background in sport leadership and martial arts, he has contributed to the structured growth of Kempo programs and athlete development in his region.
He currently serves as Director of the East Africa Committee of the International Kempo Federation (IKF), where he supports regional coordination, communication with national federations, and the implementation of federative development strategies. In this capacity, he contributes to the strengthening of cooperation among IKF members in East Africa and to the promotion of participation, education, and ethical sport standards.
In Algeria, Hicham Ouhalima has been actively involved in sport federation leadership and Kempo development, working to support coaches, athletes, and competitive frameworks. Through his work within the IKF framework, he promotes structured sport programs, ethical values, and sustainable sport development, contributing to the long-term representation of Kempo internationally.
