Reshma Lalwani (India) is a martial sports educator and sports professional with extensive experience in sport education, school sports management, and martial sports instruction, including training and involvement in Kempo. With more than three decades of involvement in martial sports and over twenty years of experience in formal education, she has contributed to the development of structured training programs, youth participation, and educational sport systems.

She currently serves as Head of Sports at Utpal Sanghvi Global School (Cambridge), where she oversees multiple sports programs, coaches, competitions, and infrastructure development.

Her professional activity focuses on sport education, self-defense training, and the promotion of discipline, inclusion, and empowerment through sport, with particular attention to programs supporting women and young people.

Academically, Reshma Lalwani holds qualifications in Commerce, Education and School Management, including an MBA in School Management, and has completed international teaching and instructor certification programs. She is also an internationally certified Kempo referee and instructor and has received national and international distinctions in recognition of her contribution to sport, education, and ethical leadership.
