Robert Szayka (Slovakia) is an international sports administrator and martial sports official with experience in sport development, organizational coordination, and international cooperation within Kempo. His professional activity focuses on the promotion of structured sport programs and institutional representation at national and international level.

He currently serves as a Member of the Executive Committee of the International Kempo Federation (IKF) and as Official IKF Representative for Slovakia, contributing to governance processes, communication with national stakeholders, and the implementation of IKF policies and programs.

Through his involvement in sport-based educational and development initiatives, Robert Szayka supports youth participation, community engagement, and the promotion of ethical values through sport. His work contributes to the sustainable growth and international representation of Kempo, in line with internationally recognized standards of good governance and sport development.
