Sihame Ozçiçek (Morocco) is an expert in sport organization and logistics, with extensive experience in the coordination and delivery of international sporting events. For many years, she has been responsible for the organization and operational management of International Kempo Federation (IKF) international events, supporting efficient planning, transparency, and institutional professionalism.

Through her work, Sihame Ozçiçek has contributed to the structured and transparent development of Kempo in Asia and North Africa. She currently serves as an Executive Member of the IKF and as an Assistant to the Turkish Kempo Federation, supporting international cooperation, events organization and institutional development.

She is actively engaged in the promotion of Human Rights, Women’s Rights, Education through Sport, and Sport for All, contributing to inclusive and values-based sport development within the IKF framework.
