
Thabet Naghmouchi (Tunisia) is a sports administrator and martial arts professional with extensive involvement in the development and promotion of Kempo within North Africa and at international level. He has been associated with Kempo organizations representing Tunisia in the International Kempo Federation (IKF) member registry.
He currently serves as Director of the Central-Africa Committee of the International Kempo Federation (IKF), where he supports regional coordination, institutional engagement, and the implementation of development strategies aimed at strengthening participation, cooperation, and sport structures across Central Africa.
Through his activity within the IKF framework, Thabet Naghmouchi contributes to the promotion of structured sport programs, ethical values, and sustainable sport growth, reinforcing the long-term representation of Kempo in Africa and internationally.
