The Education & Development Committee is responsible for the planning, implementation, and supervision of educational programs and development strategies aimed at enhancing the quality, sustainability, and global growth of the sport within IKF.
1. Sports & Professional Education
- develops and coordinates educational programs for athletes, coaches, referees, officials and sports managers
- establishes training and certification standards
- supervises courses, seminars, workshops, and e-learning programs
2. Sport Development
- develops strategies for the development of Kempo at national, continental and international levels
- supports member federations in increasing participation, improving technical standards, developing organizational structures
3. Youth & Future Programs
- coordinates programs for juniors and youth
- develops clear pathways: grassroots → performance → elite
- supports talent identification and development initiatives
4. Research & Innovation
- promotes international best practices
- integrates sports science research (training, recovery, injury prevention)
- cooperates with universities, institutes, and experts
5. Alignment with International Values and Standards
- ensures compliance with core values fair play, ethics, safety and inclusion
- aligns educational programs with internationally recognized standards (IOC-style)
