The International Events & Logistics Committee is responsible for the planning, coordination, and operational management of competitions, ensuring efficient logistics, standardized organization, and high-quality event delivery within IKF.
1. Competition Planning
- develops and coordinates the international competition calendar
- proposes the structure of amateur championships, cups, leagues and professional events
- coordinates dates and venues with member federations
2. Organization & Logistics
- supervises all logistical aspects of competitions, including sports halls and arenas, competition surfaces, technical equipment, designated areas for athletes, referees, and officials
- establishes minimum organizational standards
3. Operational Procedures
- develops competition organization manuals
- defines clear workflows for registrations, accreditations, bout scheduling
- ensures operational consistency across events
4. Inter-Commission Coordination
- cooperates with the Traditional and Fighting Kempo Committees (rules and formats) and the Medical Commission
- ensures the on-site implementation of regulations
5. Control & Evaluation
- evaluates the quality of competition organization
- prepares post-event reports
- proposes continuous improvements for future events
