The Legal Affairs Commission is responsible for ensuring legal compliance, providing juridical oversight, and safeguarding the Federation’s statutory, regulatory and legal framework at national and international levels.
1. Legal Compliance & Oversight
- ensures compliance with the Federation’s Statutes and Regulations, applicable national and international laws
- reviews the legality of decisions, procedures, and internal acts
2. Legal Advice & Interpretation
- provides legal opinions and advice to the Federation’s leadership, commissions and affiliated bodies
- assists in the interpretation of statutory and regulatory provisions
3. Drafting & Review of Legal Documents
- drafts and reviews statutes, regulations, contracts and agreements
- ensures legal consistency and coherence across all official documents
4. Disputes & Legal Proceedings
- assists in the handling of disputes, legal proceedings, arbitration or appeal cases
- may represent or advise the Federation in legal matters before competent bodies
5. Governance & Institutional Integrity
- contributes to strengthening good governance, transparency and institutional accountability
- cooperates with the Disciplinary & Ethics Commission
