The Marketing and Commercial Commission is responsible for developing and implementing the Federation’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and commercial growth at national and international levels.

 

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

  • develops and implements the Federation’s marketing strategy
  • defines and manages brand identity, values, and positioning
  • promotes the sport and the Federation across relevant markets

2. Promotion & Campaigns

  • plans and coordinates promotional campaigns for competitions, official events and Federation initiatives
  • supports the visibility and marketability of the sport

3. Sponsorships & Commercial Partnerships

  • supports the development of sponsorship programs and commercial and strategic partnerships
  • cooperates with Federation leadership on commercial matters

4. Market Analysis & Growth

  • analyzes market trends and audience development
  • proposes initiatives for sustainable growth and increased visibility
  • supports long-term marketing and commercial objectives

5. Inter-Commission Cooperation

  • cooperates with the Media & Communications Committee
  • ensures alignment between marketing strategy and public communication
