The World Management Committee is the global strategic and administrative coordination body responsible for coordinating and overseeing the global management, administration, and strategic implementation of the Federation’s policies and activities.
1. Global Coordination
- coordinates the Federation’s activities at continental, regional and international levels
- ensures the implementation of decisions taken by the executive bodies
2. Management & Administration
- oversees the Federation’s operational management
- monitors administrative structures, resources and internal processes
- proposes measures to improve organizational efficiency
3. Policies & Strategies
- contributes to the development and implementation of global strategies and development plans
- ensures coherence between short-term and long-term objectives
4. Relations with Affiliated Structures
- maintains relations with national federations, continental and regional committees
- facilitates international communication and cooperation
5. Governance & Best Practices
- promotes transparency, accountability and good governance
- cooperates with the Disciplinary & Ethics Commission and the Gender Equality Committee
