This Code of Ethics sets out the fundamental ethical principles that guide the behavior of individuals involved in the governance, administration, and activities of the Federation.

This Code applies to:
- Members of the General Assembly
- Members of the Executive Board
- Members of committees and commissions
- The Secretary General and Secretariat staff
- Officials, referees, coaches, and volunteers acting under the authority of the Federation
- Any individual representing the International Kempo Federation in an official capacity

All individuals shall comply with the Federation’s Safeguarding Policy and contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive sporting environment.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
All activities carried out under the authority of the Federation shall comply with:

- Relevant international sport governance standards
7. Reporting Ethical Concerns
Individuals are encouraged to raise ethical concerns in good faith through appropriate channels within the Federation or at national federation level, in accordance with applicable procedures.
No individual shall be subject to retaliation for reporting concerns in good faith.

Any alleged breach of this Code may be examined by the Federation’s competent governing bodies in accordance with its Statutes and internal regulations.
